Jackpot is releasing this friday 9th January.This is a romantic-comedy directed by Koushik Ganguly who has earlier directed 'Brake Fail', which is in post-production stage. Shree Venkatesh films is producing the film starring Hiron and Rahul in the lead and they both are very successfull with their earlier films Bhalobasa Bhalobasa and Chirodini.. Tumi Je Amar. These two films were the big hits of 2008 too.

The leading ladies are Koel Mullick and Sohini Paul. Sohini is daughter of Tapas Paul and she has earlier made her debut with Anjan Dutt's Bow Baracks Forever. Jeet ganguly who is very successfull with his earlier compositions, has composed six tracks for this movie. Mainak Bhowmik who is famous for his work in Aamra and Bong Connection is the editor of this movie.
